The 1st NanoCommons Hackathon, co-organised with OpenRiskNet, on “Ontological Annotation of Datasets” will take place in conjunction with the next NanoCommons Consortium Meeting (8-9 October 2018) and the OpenTox Euro Conference (8-11 October 2018) in Athens, Greece.

The participants will work using their own or mock datasets and search through established ontologies (e.g. eNanoMapper Ontology) for ontological annotations. The participants will also learn how to prepare electronic files (e.g. JSON) containing the raw data and the ontological metadata.
